The Marketing Coordinator role is well-suited for those interested in the marketing, communications, and/or office admin space.
The ideal candidate will establish a strong social media presence and increase brand awareness, as well as maintain the strong relationship we have with our clients.
Your success will expand our reach to prospects in need of unbiased, clear, and effective retirement plans.
It will also ensure stability for our current client base.
This role offers opportunities for growth in social media marketing, in-house marketing, event coordination, customer service, and administration.
The Marketing Coordinator is always learning about the marketing space and is up for the challenge of a new project or task.
This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities:
Jump into your creative side by crafting flyers in Canva or content for social media Cultivate trust with our clients and prospects through in-house marketing Utilize your analytical side by polishing our CRM database, generating leads, and data entering Grow your social skills in conversations with clients, prospects, team members, reporting officers, and insurance carrier reps Lean into your leadership abilities as the reporting team member for another colleague Increase your writing ability by crafting tutorials, professional emails, and marketing content Organize and attend annual company events and trips Dive into the best sales and deals for ordering marketing supplies Assist our office manager with administrative support as needed Expectations:
Kind and respectful attitude toward all colleagues, bosses, and producers Marketing and general business mindset (revenue producing)
Qualifications:
No degree required Experience in digital marketing is a huge plus Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience highly desired
